Social Business - Early adopter business benefits

In a McKinsey study in 2010 "The rise of the networked enterprise. Web 2.0 finds its payday" when asked about the value of social business 15% of companies pointed to increased revenue via marketing and sales use, 20% pointed to better R&D innovation and time to market, and 30% pointed to Human Resources and Talent Management with increased access to knowledge and experts.
