Coping with difficult People

Firstly why are they difficult - simply because it works for them!
  1. Sherman Tank - Frontal Attackers
  2. Sniper - Camoflage - Indirect Attackers
  3. Exploder - Blows Up when challenged
  4. Indecisive - Wants to be popular
  5. Complainer - Powerless and  its your job to solve their problems
  6. Negativist - Can only see the difficulties in any proposal
  7. Clams - Silent Types
  8. Bulldozer - They know what to do and you are just stupid
  9. Superagreeables - They say "Yes" to everything but mean "No"
