The leaders 3 new skills: communities - stakeholders - network dynamics

I believe that to be successful in the business world  of today and tomorrow leaders in enterprises, organizations and collaborative ventures will need to rapidly acquire 3 new skills in the field of collaboration:
  1. Building strong communities quickly around their Projects and Causes.
  2. Effective indirect action (by engaging Stakeholders and External Parties).
  3. Mastering Network Communications by understanding network dynamics to communicate with and influence your network in the most effective way.
I believe that one of the most effective ways to learn these new skills quickly is through facilitator-directed hybrid (computer/workshop) business games such as my Collaboration Trilogy series.
