The secret of getting great feedback - the 4 questions to ask

When you are looking for feedback at the end of a workshop or other group engagement you just have to remember your 4 Cs - Conclusions, Compliments, Complaints and Comments.

They are all self-explanatory except perhaps Conclusions which addresses the point "were they satisfied as a whole with the engagement"?

You should also ask them in that order too but that's a whole other topic in itself!
