The 4 collaborative styles 101

It is gloriously simplistic but I believe the equations below capture the very essence of the 4 different collaborative styles:


1 + 1 = 0 -> This is Conflict
1 + 1 = 1 -> This is Compromise
1 + 1 = 2 -> This is Co-operation
1 + 1 = 3 -> This is Co-Invention
