Ten leadership roles in a collaborative network
The diagram below is how I articulate the ten roles that I believe are needed to make a Virtual Enterprise Network (aka VEN) successful. By VEN I mean that the purpose of collaboration is to build a network to win collective business for the members. You can survive without all ten roles but each missing role represents a risk that the network with ultimately fail.
