The Trinity of Business Management

My old friend Ernesto Sirolli suggests that there are a minimum of 3 roles needed in successful business:

  1. Making (Operations)
  2. Marketing & Sales
  3. Money (Financial Management)

These roles 3 must be filled with people who are passionate and excellent and the bug challenge for owner-manager businesses is no one person can play all three effectively!
